I had a great experience at the beach excursion in Progresso. The all-inclusive offer was a steal for $45, including transportation and nice amenities. The beach and pool area were small but adequate for the number of guests. However, the beach vendors can be overwhelming, and I wish we had more time to enjoy it without interruptions.
Staying at this location was a huge letdown. The beach was littered with seaweed, making it hard to enjoy, and the food was hardly edible. Although some staff tried to be accommodating, the service was lacking overall. The high price didn't match the disappointing experience, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to others.
I was super disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The beach was dirty and poorly maintained, and the atmosphere just felt off. While the drinks by the pool were lacking in alcohol, I did enjoy the music and food to some extent. Overall, I felt it wasn’t worth the money, especially since I could have opted for a nicer and cleaner tourist beach.

However, I appreciated the excursions available and the friendly atmosphere. The extra fees and travel times were also not the best.
